L.E.S Wildflower

Today I had a shoot with Portland based model Stephanie Leet. We've worked together one other time and I've been itching to get her back in front of my lens ever since. There's nothing better on a shoot than to have a strong creative connection with your model, to play off of each other's ideas, and to be have a similar vision for your final product. We drove to the top of a mountain near the St. John's bridge and ended up in the woods with an axe, some overalls, and the beautiful floral crowns we were shooting for L.E.S Wildflower (I suggest you follow her on Instagram and snag one for yourself!) After about 10 minutes the Portland rain set in and we sadly had to call it a day. But after finding an old Saloon near the skyline, our spirits were lifted with a beer and ideas of shooting film there with the bikers and old timers. They'll be more images to come but for now....

The nights I sleep best are the ones that follow a creative day.
